FIVE - The Senses Restaurant

Objective: Create and design an innovative food concept in the existing Field’s Bar and Kitchen restaurant in London. Working in a group of three graphic designers and two interior designers, we cultivated a concept, brand identity, and interior for a unique dining experience. Our goal was to change the way people perceive food through a sensory experience. Consumers would select their entrees from the menu based on their five senses (color, sound, smell, taste, and texture). The graphic designers in my group focused on designing the menu, logo, merchandise, and signage of our restaurant, while I worked on the interior with my partner.
